SHIPPING POLICY
NationWear ships worldwide. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (Free) — 5 to 8 business days, available worldwide
- Express Shipping (£8.90 / €8.90) — 3 to 5 business days, available for most countries
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. NationWear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@nationwear.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, including a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
