REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return: the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery; the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached; proof of purchase must be provided.
The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
- Personalized or customized items (jerseys with custom name and/or number)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return Email us at contact@nationwear.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the amount.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@nationwear.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
